This Cancellation Policy explains the procedures, timelines and charges applicable when cancelling domestic tours, international holiday packages, honeymoon vacations, pilgrimage tours, hotel bookings, visa assistance and other travel services booked through RIM Worldwide Holidays.

By making a booking with RIM Worldwide Holidays, you agree to this Cancellation Policy along with our Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Cancellation Requests

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@rimworldwideholidays.com. Cancellation requests become effective only after written acknowledgement from our team.

Cancellation charges are calculated from the date on which the written cancellation request is received by RIM Worldwide Holidays.

The above charges are indicative and may vary depending on airline policies, hotel terms, peak-season conditions, special events, promotional fares and supplier-specific cancellation rules.

Flight Ticket Cancellations

Flight ticket cancellations are governed by the fare rules of the respective airline. Promotional, discounted and special-fare tickets may be non-refundable or partially refundable.

Airline cancellation penalties, service charges, convenience fees and supplier deductions will be applied before processing any eligible refund.

Hotel Booking Cancellations

Hotel cancellation policies vary based on destination, season, room category and supplier terms. Certain hotels may impose full retention charges during peak travel periods, exhibitions, festivals and special events.

Applicable hotel cancellation charges will be communicated after reviewing the hotel's cancellation policy.

Visa Cancellation & Rejection

Visa application fees, embassy charges, documentation fees and processing charges are generally non-refundable once the application has been submitted.

Visa approval remains solely at the discretion of the respective embassy or immigration authority. RIM Worldwide Holidays cannot guarantee visa approval and is not responsible for visa refusals, delays or cancellations.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance policies are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing insurance provider. Once a policy has been issued, premiums are generally non-refundable unless specifically permitted by the insurer.

Amendments & Date Changes

Requests for date changes, destination changes, name corrections, hotel changes or itinerary modifications may attract amendment fees imposed by airlines, hotels, transport providers and other travel suppliers.

Any additional costs resulting from amendments shall be borne by the traveller.

No Show Policy

If a traveller fails to arrive for departure, hotel check-in, tour participation or any booked service without prior notification, the booking will be treated as a No Show.

No refunds will normally be available in No Show situations.

Force Majeure

No refunds or compensation shall be payable for cancellations caused by circumstances beyond the control of RIM Worldwide Holidays or its suppliers.

  • Pandemics and epidemics
  • Government travel restrictions
  • War or civil unrest
  • Airline disruptions
  • Strikes and industrial action
  • Weather-related disruptions
  • Acts of God

In such cases, refunds and credits will be subject to supplier policies and applicable government regulations.

Supplier Cancellations

If an airline, hotel, transport operator or other supplier cancels a confirmed service, RIM Worldwide Holidays will make reasonable efforts to obtain a refund, credit note or alternative arrangement on behalf of the traveller.

However, all refunds remain subject to supplier approval and applicable supplier policies.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is applicable, processing will be carried out in accordance with our Refund Policy. Refund timelines vary depending on suppliers, banks and payment gateways.
