Welcome to RIM Worldwide Holidays. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, travel services, holiday packages, hotel bookings, visa assistance, transportation services, travel insurance assistance, sightseeing tours and all related travel arrangements.

By making a booking with RIM Worldwide Holidays, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

RIM Worldwide Holidays is a travel company based in India offering domestic tours, international holiday packages, honeymoon vacations, pilgrimage tours, group tours, family holidays, hotel bookings, flight reservations, visa assistance, airport transfers and customized travel planning services.

Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from airlines, hotels, transportation providers, destination management companies and other travel suppliers.

A booking shall be considered confirmed only after:

  • Receipt of the required advance payment or deposit.
  • Written confirmation issued by RIM Worldwide Holidays.
  • Availability of the requested services at the time of confirmation.

Prices and availability may change until the booking is confirmed.

Payment Terms

A booking deposit may be required to secure travel arrangements. The remaining balance must be paid within the timeline communicated at the time of booking.

Payments may be accepted through:

  • Bank Transfer
  • UPI
  • Credit Card
  • Debit Card
  • Online Payment Gateway
  • Other approved payment methods

All applicable taxes, government levies and charges shall be payable by the traveller unless specifically stated otherwise.

Currency Fluctuation

Many international travel services are contracted in foreign currencies such as USD, AED, EUR or other applicable currencies.

Package prices may be revised before final payment in case of significant exchange rate fluctuations, supplier price revisions, fuel surcharges, government taxes or regulatory changes.

Passport, Visa & Travel Documents

Travellers are solely responsible for ensuring they possess:

  • A valid passport with minimum six months validity.
  • Required visas and entry permits.
  • Necessary travel documents.
  • Vaccination certificates or health documentation where applicable.

RIM Worldwide Holidays may assist in the visa application process; however, visa approval remains entirely at the discretion of the respective embassy or immigration authority. Visa approval cannot be guaranteed, and visa fees are generally non-refundable.

RIM Worldwide Holidays shall not be responsible for losses resulting from visa refusal, delayed approvals or incomplete documentation.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travellers. Insurance coverage may include medical emergencies, trip cancellation, trip interruption, loss of baggage, personal accidents and emergency evacuation.

Where travel insurance is included in a package, coverage shall be subject to the terms of the insurance provider.

Itinerary Changes

Travel itineraries are planned in advance; however, circumstances beyond our control may require modifications.

Changes may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Political situations
  • Airline schedule changes
  • Operational requirements
  • Hotel availability
  • Government regulations

RIM Worldwide Holidays reserves the right to modify itineraries, sightseeing schedules, transportation arrangements or accommodation while maintaining the overall quality of the travel experience wherever possible.

Package Inclusions & Exclusions

Package inclusions and exclusions are clearly specified in each quotation, itinerary and package page. Any service not specifically listed as included shall be considered excluded and may incur additional charges.

Hotel Accommodation

Hotel ratings and classifications may vary from country to country. If a contracted hotel becomes unavailable due to operational reasons, maintenance issues, overbooking or force majeure circumstances, RIM Worldwide Holidays reserves the right to provide accommodation of similar category and standard.

Room allocation remains subject to hotel policies. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability unless specifically included in the package.

Flights, Transfers & Transportation

Airlines, transportation companies and service providers operate under their own rules and conditions.

RIM Worldwide Holidays shall not be responsible for:

  • Flight delays
  • Flight cancellations
  • Missed connections
  • Schedule changes
  • Airline operational decisions
  • Baggage handling issues

Travellers are advised to arrive at airports and departure points well in advance.

Customer Responsibilities

Travellers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information.
  • Carrying valid travel documentation.
  • Complying with immigration requirements.
  • Respecting local laws and customs.
  • Maintaining appropriate behaviour during travel.

RIM Worldwide Holidays reserves the right to terminate services without refund in cases involving unlawful behaviour, misconduct, safety concerns or actions affecting other travellers.

Health & Medical Conditions

Travellers are responsible for disclosing relevant medical conditions before booking. Travellers should carry necessary medications, obtain medical advice where required and ensure fitness for travel activities.

RIM Worldwide Holidays shall not be liable for medical emergencies, health complications or personal medical expenses incurred during travel.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through email or other approved communication channels. Cancellation charges shall be applied according to the applicable cancellation policy.

Refunds shall be processed according to the applicable refund policy and supplier conditions. For detailed information, please refer to our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.

Certain services such as airline tickets, visa fees, event tickets, peak season hotel bookings and special promotions may be non-refundable.

No Show Policy

Failure to arrive for a booked service, flight, transfer, hotel stay, tour or activity without prior written notice may be treated as a no-show. In such cases, refunds may not be available and supplier-imposed charges may apply.

Force Majeure

RIM Worldwide Holidays shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, epidemics, pandemics, government restrictions, war, civil unrest, terrorism, airline strikes and transportation disruptions.

In such situations, refunds, credits or alternative arrangements shall be subject to supplier policies and applicable regulations.

Limitation of Liability

RIM Worldwide Holidays acts as an intermediary between travellers and various service providers including airlines, hotels, transport companies, tour operators and destination management companies.

We shall not be liable for:

  • Personal injury
  • Illness
  • Death
  • Property damage
  • Theft
  • Loss of baggage
  • Delays caused by third parties
  • Service failures by suppliers

Our maximum liability, where legally applicable, shall not exceed the total amount paid directly to RIM Worldwide Holidays for the affected booking.

Intellectual Property & Website Usage

All content available on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, itineraries and branding materials, remains the property of RIM Worldwide Holidays unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution or commercial use is prohibited without prior written consent.

Privacy

Personal information collected through our website and booking process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Complaints & Dispute Resolution

Any complaint regarding travel arrangements should be reported immediately during travel wherever possible. Written complaints should be submitted within 14 days of completion of travel.

We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve concerns in a fair and timely manner.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the services of RIM Worldwide Holidays shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
