At RIM Worldwide Holidays, we understand that travel plans sometimes need to change. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be processed for bookings made through our website or directly with our team.

By making a booking with RIM Worldwide Holidays, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy along with our Cancellation Policy and Terms & Conditions.

General Refund Principles

Refund eligibility depends on the type of service booked, the timing of the cancellation request and the policies of the respective airlines, hotels, transportation providers and other travel suppliers involved in your booking.

RIM Worldwide Holidays acts as an intermediary between travellers and service providers. Refunds are therefore subject to the individual policies of each supplier and cannot always be guaranteed.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be applicable under the following circumstances:

  • Cancellation of booking within the permitted timeframe as per the applicable cancellation policy.
  • Significant changes to the confirmed itinerary made by RIM Worldwide Holidays or the supplier.
  • Service not delivered as confirmed due to reasons attributable to RIM Worldwide Holidays.
  • Cancellation by the supplier where a refund is applicable under their policy.

Non-Refundable Components

Certain components of a travel booking are generally non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Airline tickets marked as non-refundable at the time of booking.
  • Visa fees and documentation charges.
  • Peak season hotel bookings with non-refundable conditions.
  • Travel insurance premiums once the policy is issued.
  • Event tickets, entry permits and similar bookings.
  • Special promotion or discounted packages with no-refund conditions.
  • Processing fees and service charges levied by RIM Worldwide Holidays.

Visa Refunds

Visa fees, embassy fees, VFS charges, courier charges and documentation charges are generally non-refundable, regardless of whether a visa application is approved, delayed, refused or rejected by the respective embassy or immigration authority.

RIM Worldwide Holidays assists with visa documentation and application support but cannot guarantee visa approval and shall not be responsible for losses arising from visa refusals or delays.

Flight Ticket Refunds

Refunds for flight tickets are governed by the fare rules and conditions of the respective airline. Refund eligibility, cancellation charges and processing timelines vary depending on the airline, route, fare type and booking conditions.

Any airline-imposed cancellation charges, no-show charges, service fees or fare differences shall be deducted before a refund is processed.

Refund Timelines

Once a refund is approved and processed by RIM Worldwide Holidays and the relevant suppliers, the estimated timelines for receipt are as follows:

  • Bank Transfer / NEFT / RTGS: 7 to 14 working days
  • UPI: 5 to 7 working days
  • Credit Card / Debit Card: 7 to 21 working days (depending on your bank)
  • Online Payment Gateway: 7 to 14 working days

These timelines are indicative. Actual processing times may vary depending on supplier refund schedules, banking processes and applicable regulations. RIM Worldwide Holidays shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways or third-party suppliers.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

  • Submit your cancellation or refund request in writing via email to info@rimworldwideholidays.com.
  • Include your booking reference number, full name and reason for the refund request.
  • Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility within 3 to 5 working days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

Partial Refunds

In certain cases, a partial refund may be issued where some components of a booking are refundable and others are not. The refundable amount will be communicated to you after reviewing the supplier policies applicable to your booking.

No Show Refunds

Failure to utilize booked services without prior written cancellation may be treated as a no-show. In such cases, refunds may not be available and supplier-imposed charges may apply.

Force Majeure & Extraordinary Circumstances

In cases of cancellations resulting from force majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, government travel restrictions, war, civil unrest or other extraordinary circumstances beyond the control of RIM Worldwide Holidays or its suppliers, refunds shall be subject to the policies of the respective suppliers and applicable government regulations at that time.

RIM Worldwide Holidays will make every reasonable effort to assist travellers in obtaining refunds, credits or rebooking options in such circumstances.

Amendments & Rebooking

In some cases where a refund is not possible, we may be able to assist with rebooking or issuing a travel credit for future use, subject to supplier terms and availability. Please contact our team to explore available options.

Cancellation Policy

Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of a refund request, please write to us at info@rimworldwideholidays.com with full details of your concern. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes fairly and in a timely manner. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
